Triage-Led AMS
Not every Workday request arrives ready to assign. We clarify it first, then decide who should take it forward.
Triage is handled by selected senior members of each functional area. They clarify incomplete requests, gather the context needed to understand the issue, and determine what the work requires before deciding who should own it.
Workday Architects lead each functional area, helping shape the approach behind the work and stepping in directly when a request needs additional design or functional depth.
No SLA theater. Responsiveness matters, but a reply that exists only to satisfy a timer does not move the work forward. The first substantive interaction should add information, clarify the issue, or advance it toward resolution.
Designed to hold up as we grow. We have seen flexible support models lose consistency as firms scale. Triage, functional ownership, and deliberate assignment are built into ours to protect against that.
