Cookie Policy
Last updated September 2, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Sequoia Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," and "our") approaches cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://www.sequoiasolutions.com ("Website"). Our Website sets no cookies. This policy explains what these technologies are, what we use instead, and your rights in relation to them.
Because we set no cookies, we do not collect any personal information through them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners in order to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.
Cookies set by a website's owner are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than that owner are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through a website (e.g., advertising, interactive content, and analytics). The parties that set third-party cookies can recognize your computer both when it visits the website in question and also when it visits certain other websites.
The two paragraphs above describe cookies in general. Neither kind is set by our Website.
Do we use cookies?
No. Our Website sets no first-party cookies, and no third party sets cookies through it — not for advertising, not for analytics, and not for any other purpose.
Many websites use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and others that track and target the interests of their visitors. Our Website uses neither. We do load two third-party services, described in the next section; neither of them sets a cookie.
How can I control cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. Our Website does not set any cookies, so there is nothing for you to accept or reject and we do not provide a cookie preference center. You can set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies at any time, as described below.
Because our Website sets no cookies, refusing cookies in your browser does not restrict your access to any functionality or areas of our Website.
We do use a privacy-focused analytics service, Vercel Web Analytics, to understand how our Website is used. It does not set cookies and does not use any other means of storing information on your device. It does load a script from our Website and record the page address you visited, the referring website, your approximate location (country, region and city), and your device type, operating system and browser. Visitors are identified by a hash generated from the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so this information is used for aggregate statistics only and is not used to identify you or to track you across other websites.
We also use a spam-protection service, Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect our forms from automated abuse. It does not set cookies and does not use any other means of storing information on your device. When you interact with one of our forms, it loads a script and a frame from Cloudflare and processes information including your IP address, your browser and device characteristics, and your interactions with the page, in order to work out whether the submission is automated. That assessment is the only thing this information is used for; it is not used to identify you or to track you across other websites.
At present, no first-party or third-party cookies are served through our Website. If this changes, we will update this Cookie Policy to describe the cookies used and the purposes they perform.
How can I control cookies on my browser?
You do not need to change any browser setting in order to use our Website. Because it sets no cookies, blocking or clearing cookies in your browser has no effect on it, and no part of it becomes unavailable if you do.
If you want to manage cookies set by other websites, the way to do that varies from browser to browser and changes as browsers are updated. Your browser's own help or settings documentation is the most reliable and current source of instructions.
What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?
Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. Other technologies include web beacons (sometimes called "tracking pixels" or "clear gifs") — tiny graphics files carrying a unique identifier, which can record when someone has visited a page.
Our Website does not use them. It contains no web beacons, tracking pixels or clear gifs, and no comparable technology for recognizing you across pages or across websites.
Do you use Flash cookies or Local Shared Objects?
No. Our Website does not use Flash cookies or Local Shared Objects ("LSOs"), and it does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or any comparable means of storing information on your device.
Do you serve targeted advertising?
No. We do not serve advertising on our Website, and no third party serves advertising or advertising cookies through it. We do not use information about your visit to target advertising to you here or anywhere else, and we do not share information about your visit with advertising networks.
How often will you update this Cookie Policy?
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please therefore revisit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
The date at the top of this Cookie Policy indicates when it was last updated.
